How many photos can CarPixAI process from one folder?
A processing request can queue up to 100 eligible photos and never queues more photos than your available credits. Photos that cannot be queued remain visible in the folder so the dealership can add credits or try again later.
Does every photo finish at the same time?
No fixed completion time or simultaneous-processing guarantee is published. Jobs are queued and tracked independently, so completed results can appear progressively. Timing varies by image, queue, and selected workflow.
What happens when the folder has more photos than available credits?
CarPixAI processes only the photos covered by available credits. Remaining photos stay in the folder with a Waiting for credits state rather than disappearing from the order.
What happens when a photo fails?
A failed photo stays visible with a Needs retry state. The dealership can inspect the source, confirm the current settings, and retry eligible photos without recreating the folder.
Can dealers download a complete folder?
Dealership accounts can download completed, distribution-authorized photos as a folder ZIP. Folder ZIP export supports up to 100 completed images. Selected completed photos can also be downloaded together.
Does CarPixAI publish photos directly to listing systems?
CarPixAI does not currently publish directly to a CRM, DMS, or marketplace. Dealers download approved images, then upload them through their existing listing workflow.
