These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CarPixAI, including our website, dashboard, image processing tools, APIs, subscriptions, credits, and related services. By creating an account, uploading images, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you are using CarPixAI for a dealership, business, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

CarPixAI provides AI-powered vehicle photo editing tools for dealerships, vehicle sellers, and automotive teams. The service can remove or replace backgrounds, create studio-style images, apply selected background styles, manage uploads, and help prepare images for online listings.

AI-generated results can vary based on source image quality, vehicle angle, lighting, obstructions, file size, and selected processing settings. We work to produce high-quality results, but we do not guarantee that every image will be perfect or suitable for every use case.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including image uploads, processing requests, downloads, and billing actions.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You keep ownership of the photos and other content you upload to CarPixAI. You also own the edited images created for you through the service, subject to your compliance with these terms and any rights that may exist in the original images.

By uploading content, you grant CarPixAI a limited license to host, store, copy, process, transform, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, maintain your account, and improve product reliability.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and use the images you submit, including any rights related to vehicles, people, locations, trademarks, dealership logos, license plates, and third-party photography.

You agree not to use CarPixAI for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing activity. This includes attempting to access systems without permission, disrupting the service, bypassing limits, scraping the product, reverse engineering non-public parts of the service, or uploading content that violates someone else's rights.

You may not use CarPixAI to create deceptive vehicle listings, hide material vehicle damage, misrepresent the condition of a vehicle, or violate advertising, consumer protection, marketplace, or dealership rules that apply to you.

Some features require a paid plan, usage credits, or other paid access. By purchasing a plan or credits, you agree to pay the prices shown at checkout and any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.

Credits, usage allowances, and free offers may be limited by plan, time period, account status, or promotional terms. Unless stated otherwise, credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire or reset according to the applicable plan.

We may change pricing, plan limits, or features in the future. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will provide notice where required and the change will generally apply at the next renewal or billing period.

You may cancel a subscription according to the controls available in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

Because image processing uses third-party infrastructure and AI processing costs, payments and used credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specifically approved by CarPixAI. If something went wrong, contact us and we will review it fairly.

CarPixAI uses third-party providers for hosting, storage, AI processing, background removal, payments, email, analytics, authentication, and monitoring. Your use of CarPixAI may depend on those providers being available and may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, delays, model behavior, content moderation decisions, or policy changes, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep the service reliable.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves. We may also limit or suspend access when needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

We aim to keep CarPixAI available and useful, but the service is provided on an as-available basis and may experience downtime, errors, queue delays, failed processing attempts, or degraded quality.

CarPixAI, including its software, interface, workflows, designs, text, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by CarPixAI or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of our platform or brand assets.

You may not copy, modify, resell, sublicense, or create competing services using non-public parts of CarPixAI without our written permission.

CarPixAI is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

You are responsible for reviewing edited images before publishing them and for ensuring that your listings, ads, and marketing materials are accurate and comply with applicable laws and marketplace policies.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CarPixAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business, or reputational harm.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to CarPixAI for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using CarPixAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that may be unlawful or harmful.

After termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms, will remain in effect.

We may update these terms as CarPixAI changes. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms and update the date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
